Built by an operator who lived the problem.

Atif Zahoor is an accomplished HR executive and workforce compliance strategist with more than 14 years of hands-on experience in human resources, talent management, payroll, employee relations, and organizational development.

Since 2011, he has held a senior HR leadership role with the Khalid & Khalid Group of Companies, including Toyota Rawal Motors, where he has led the development and modernization of workforce systems across a complex corporate environment. His expertise spans HR compliance, digital HRIS and payroll transformation, performance management, recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development.

With an MBA in Human Resource Management and extensive practical experience managing modern workforce challenges, Atif brings together strategic HR expertise and technology-driven thinking. His professional experience inspired the creation of GlobalHR Connect — an AI-powered platform focused on helping businesses build, manage, and pay global remote teams while navigating cross-border workforce compliance. His vision is to make global hiring simpler, smarter, and more compliant, enabling businesses to access international talent with greater confidence and efficiency.
